Create and support strategic planning

Collection and analysis of financial reports

As the supervisor of accounting operations, accountants are responsible for collecting various financial reports relating to income, expenses, taxes, and inventories and performing an in-depth analysis to determine the financial condition of the company and to assist in scheduling.

Control file

Functional auditors facilitate quality control by conducting periodic financial audits. These audits help ensure that the organization is compliant with industry standards and regulations and help identify areas for process improvement.

Troubleshooting

If accounting or reconciliation problems are identified or reported, it is the auditor's responsibility to investigate and resolve them.

Business team management

In their role as management team members, managers typically lead and supervise a group of accounting and finance personnel. These employees range from entry level employees to lower and intermediate level employees.
